Dawson been getting too much heat, he was handled damaged goods who was very solid but had a limited deep ball, no tight end threat and receiver who couldn’t get consistently open like that outside of Toney yet we still made it to the title

I get that but as a oc you can’t find a way to use the kid some? The offense struggled all playoffs. The kid has speed and can catch. Use him in space and throw him some screens or flex him out and get him matched up on a LB
We should take all 3 WRs. Upshaw is hurt. Moore and Trader couldn't get more than a couple of snaps/game in the playoff when we were desperate for anyone who could win outside. 3 catches for 16 yards and 2 catches for 10 yards in the playoff, respectively. We have no one else.
All 3 of them should stick around too. There will be opportunities for them next year, and if they improve, massive opportunities for them going forward. Stay, get paid, and developed by a good WR coach.

He got multiple chances and really did look lost. You can’t just rearrange the offense to keep him happy. You’d basically telegraph plays even more than we already do. I’d love for someone to psychologically get Pringle through the feeling of getting fairly benched, but we also had a once in forever shot to win a national championship.

Was watching Mensah highlights when it was first mentioned about him potentially coming here and kept seeing this kid make play after play after play. If we were able to grab him too that would be HUGE!!!
