That’s just the game these days. Look at Pringle. Portaled and we didn’t bring anyone new in. Trust Mario. He knows how to build a roster and if he’s comfortable with a young WR moving on we should be too

this is the new game/college football. For old guys like me, I have to get used to this -- and if the results result in being in the playoffs and truly contending for national titles, well, I can get used to this. Adapt or die. That's the harsh reality

Old K9 new tricks

why recruit kids if you just gone keep bringing in portal dudes. I expect to lose some young WRs if they bring this guy in
They are cheaper than portal kids (lets be real...men) Dont blow up your budget while developing. We know what they are after year 2. If they are solid, you pay em transfer money. If not, validate their parking for the portal. Rinse, repeat.

jojo immediately comes to my head
I dont think Jojo leaves on his own at this point. He doesnt have anything good on tape to leverage more money from another program IMO. If he leaves, I would put money on him being encouraged to explore other options that fit his goals.

Who cares? We’ll get another all conference receiver next year. If the young guys are better, they’ll play. We literally have a case study in Toney.
Toney wasn’t battling against a bunch of portal players who are getting paid good money to come. He was battling ray ray

Chance didn’t play and ended up at ncstate. I’m sure Bailey would take trader

We need elite speed on the field, give me Vance Spafford a lot of playing time on the field next season

I don't necessarily disagree, but the reality is everyone is basically on a 1-year contract...
What opportunity are you giving the guys you recruited if you keep overloading the position with experienced transfers? Not giving an opportunity to grow so can’t say if they really failed or not
