After 2026 Miami Hurricanes commit Jontavius Wyman took a visit to Miami today he told social media on Sunday afternoon that he will be officially shutting down his recruitment to Miami.
Wyman pledged his commitment to Miami last week and is already receiving a warm welcome from Hurricanes fans, having quickly shut down his recruitment just a week after his decision.
Wyman will also be back in Coral Gables on June 6th for his official visit, he told social media.
The four-star recruit Wyman had committed verbally to the Bulldogs back in July. Mario Cristobal and the Hurricanes managed to outshine teams like Florida State, Nebraska, and Arizona State, among others.
Wyman is currently ranked as the 166th prospect for the class of 2026, ranking 17th among cornerbacks and 22nd among the top players in Georgia.
