Exactly how I’m reading into it. Just a weird time to throw that in if scroggins is fully back. I feel like he’s in a no contact to start camp. Hopefully we get a better timeline today during media questions with Mario. I know the Lowe, Gilbert, and wyman news was big but I’m shocked more people aren’t reporting on that blurb from Mario this AMThe other thing is that he talked about scroggins along with Lowe and Wyman as if it was a bad thing. Lol.

Notice the date on that haha. After what I saw in spring, I'm so glad the staff didn't listen to what I said over 8 months ago. Again, with the options that were available and the prices they were asking, the staff made the right call at the time. Remember, that post was way before a lot of our retentions

I'm upset about Lowe
As fans, like all of us who daily follow a site, we too get invested in players. We were all excited when Mario flipped Lowe and we were all looking forward to seeing him play here as a 5 star and after the reports from last year that he seemed to be the real deal as a player. This definitely hurts that he is no longer a Cane and let's be honest; in this day and age of college football, NIL you have to really ***** up as a player to get kicked off a team, as a five star, and a team that needs you as a player so I commend Mario, the players for taking this stance.
It's a shame, Miami never gets respect for trying to help players become better people, and we now know that one player, no matter how talented, is not bigger than the team and that is the most important part but the part that I hate is if or when Lowe goes somewhere else, say an LSU, and all we'll hear is how that coach gave him a chance rather than how Miami was really the one who tried to help him and not the one, LSU, simply using him for football

HUGE opportunity for Mueller and Briggs though. You can basically lock down that position for the next 3 years if you show you are ready. Especially Mueller who is a freak show.
Isnt this what guys should want? Opportunity? With the way rosters are now with 90+ guys...any opportunity you can get you better take full advantage because position rooms are getting more and more crowded. Taylor said yesterday we had 18 guys in the DL room. And said guys just have to be patient but be ready when their time comes to show what they can do. Because opportunity wont come knocking very often.

True but there has also been an occasional issue where they will leave a non-impactful TE in there instead of flexing a WR into the spot.

Not sure what happened with him, unless he sees the elite DBs and dosent believe he can compete
