The Hurricanes are looking to bounce back this weekend against Stanford, while also looking forward to securing future talent on visits as well.
Miami is set to host multiple key targets this weekend, headlined by a pair of recent 2026 decommits in WR Milan Parris and DE Dre Quinn.
Parris decommitted from Iowa State earlier this month, with the Hurricanes having high interest in his 6-foot-5 frame and 4.5 speed at around 200 pounds. Quinn backed off his Clemson commitment last month and makes his first visit down to Coral Gables this weekend. Defensive line coach Jason Taylor recently visited Quinn alongside Bryce Perry-Wright during the bye week at Buford.
Both are situations to monitor as the Hurricanes look to continue to add in their ‘26 class.
The ’Canes will be well-represented with four 2026 commits in attendance, headlined by No.1 recruit OT Jackson Cantwell alongside WR Somourian Wingo, DB Jaelen Waters and DT Frederic Sainteus.
Other 2026 names in attendance include Brown commit WR Saphir Miller, WR Jamall Cooper and LB Julis Telefoni.
Five-star WR Kesean Bowman headlines Miami’s 2027 targets in attendance this weekend, joined by the likes of LB Jalaythan Mayfield, RB Nigel Newkirk, OL Sidney Rouleau, WR Jacob Thomas, WR Joseph Howard, DL Jeremiah Williams and DB Kamauri Whitfield.
Local 2027 DT target Jamar Thompson will also be at Hard Rock this weekend as well as Miami’s 2027 Safety commit Jaylyn Jones — who will be Miami’s only 2027 commit represented.
The 2028 class will be headlined by five-star ATH A’Mir Sears, alongside Ga. OL Kweli Fielder while the 2029 class will include QB Christian Cypher, RB Willington Jackson, OL Chadwic Small, ATH X’Zavier Corbin and ATH Fredner Frederic.
