big time recruits already pullin up
I think they will all have roles and play, they bring different things and if Thornton is that enforcer type that will be valued on this defense, plus he has experience.. Maybe Poyser snaps will decrease because he didnt really come off field last year.. Staff has shown if you can play and they trust you they will carve out a role for you, even if just on passing downs like Fitz last year..Yeah…
Thornton is going to wish he signed elsewhere, cause Dunnigan is taking that nickel spot and Poyser/Fitz back deep. Kid is too talented to keep off field. Thornton will play in certain packages, but JJ is going to be a dude early. Depth is a beautiful thing. We are getting to where we are supposed to be.

And then the fsu transfer, lol.. One thing is certain we are DEEEEEEEP at DB and WR and the battles will be fierce for PT.
Yeah he is getting that consistent camp hype we see when usually 1 TF breaks out. My guess however is closer to the end of the season his reps will increase, Similar to Fitz, has a couple packages, gets out there on 3rd and long or obvious passing downs and creates mayhem.Agree that they all will have roles and play, stated as much. I was more so referring to our base, at the end of the season I’d be surprised if JJ didn’t log more snaps. He is just too long (pause), fast, and twitched up. From a physical ability standpoint, he is much closer to Keionte than Omar and it isn’t even close. I’m not saying this to trash Omar, I think he can play too but at the end of the day JJ’s God given talent >>> Thornton. Now obviously we have to see it w pads on but I’m all in.
Don't wanna talk too much trash because I have bashed this dude since he banned me from 247 but Lake wears eyeliner and talks very very feminine definitely a (closet) covering UM, Gaby just be typing fruity nonsense for no reason sometimes lmaoI hate how him and Lake talk about these guys. It’s so weird.
Much like o line and d line under Mario- corner room is another room where I shake my head and realize how far away we were for so so along.Just a couple years ago secondary and CB was a definite weakness, crazy how different that room looks now
Would have to see him play before saying closer to Keionte because with Keionte atleast from my perspective it wasnt just the traits but dude had a will that he wasnt gonna be blocked and ALWAYS made the right move when slipping blocks, like the amount of experience and knowledge you need for that is crazy, idk if you can even teach that, lol.. Dude just said **** this, no one is blocking me idgaf lol..Agree that they all will have roles and play, stated as much. Just need LB recruiting/ development to take that initial step.Yeah…

Dam lemme go post this in the bench barkate thread
Yea they had strong too.. Cal got him in the transfer shuffle, their Offense should be legit..We never pursued aggressively but Beard was on point with that Duff evaluation
A few cycles of Heritage and STA DBs (50/50) mixed with other guys is a recipe for success. In that heritage/STA half, we can just extend that out to south Florida in general i.e. McArthur duo arriving in ‘27 + Bryce Fitzgerald, Chris Ewald, etc.Just a couple years ago secondary and CB was a definite weakness, crazy how different that room looks now
Gonna make 247 look like morons
Yeup; Lupoi has a lot to work with. Michigan, Maryland, Berkeley and BYU should all be dangerous offensively after starting true freshmen last year.Yea they had strong too.. Cal got him in the transfer shuffle, their Offense should be legit..
