Been an unbelievable year. Historic. Fun, winning basketball is back.

I hate that of the last 6 halves of the year, Malik was bad to awful in 5 of them. Especially because the rest of the main 7 were so good.

The autopsy of this year should have notes on how amazing the top of the roster turnover was, and how awful the low and middle was.

Overall, a year so good most of us would have thought it impossible just 6 months ago.
Yep.

They seem to have BB and FB fixed now need to tell Gino to hit the bricks and hire a decent Baseball coach and we will be a power in all sports….

Decent effort but we're not gonna win with Malik off and them shooting 60% from 3. Fantastic season. It was fun.

Very disappointed in the result man but hopefully we learned the things that doomed this team over the season can be strengths next season

Whoever 2 was threw down the U at the end, look forward to Purdoodoo losing

It’s a shame that Reneau chose to play his worst game this season when we most needed him.

Great season overall for a team that no one expected to go this far.

Great season. Just ran into a better team. Hold onto Lucas and bring Washington, Allen, and hopefully Henderson back and we’ll be just fine with solid portal adds.
Has there been any rumblings one way or another on what way henderson might be leaning? IMO he needs to return and work on his outside shooting. No where near next level ready

Very proud of the team feel confident in our future with Lucas. 25 wins and a tournament victory in your first year is a great start

Preseason #1...veteran group...Champs of clearly the best conference in the country...no disgrace losing to this team.

Nucleus is set. We need 4 to 5 from the portal.

This team had some fairly obvious flaws that come with building a roster in bulk, but it’s pretty hard to say we didn’t we play to our ceiling. Looking forward to seeing what Jai can do when he’s afforded a more deliberative process.

Got beat by a better team. There’s not much else you can say. They have an elite offense and we couldn’t keep up. Even though Henderson put the clamps on their best player, just wasn’t enough.

Our dumbass fanbase in a nutshell. This team would be mediocre at best without him. Amazing how he wasn't soft in crunch time Friday night. Sometimes, a good player has a rough night. It's frustrating because we've seen him snap out of it, but today, he just can't get right.
He is not strong. Has not been strong. Still had a really really good season. He made shots Friday night. That has nothing to do with being strong or weak.

I honestly thought it would be like the Kansas game in 2022. In it the first half then let it get away in the second. Lucas is a deeper bench and a couple snipers away from an elite 8 team at worst.

Nothing to be mad or ashamed of.
A great season comes to an end.
Coach Jai Lucas and staff exceeded every expectation we had before the season.
Sure, it hurts to lose to a team that you could beat but the program is headed in the right direction.
We are losing 3 important seniors who will be missed but we have a solid core coming back with Henderson, Washington and Allen.
Miami is now viewed as a destination and that is a good place to be.
Looking forward to seeing how the last 3 scholarships are used.
You have to feel that we are closer to the Sweet 16 than we were 365 days ago.
