Diaz being stubborn, protecting his hand picked DC out of pride will contribute to his early departure from his beloved program.
I couldn't agree more but something tells me that Diaz's instinct for self preservation won't allow that to happen. Well see how the rest of the year unfolds but I think it quite likely that Diaz is already formulating a list of potential replacements for Baker.

When I read from Lashlee, “I’m responsible, we didn’t get it done.” I had flashback of Golden”s quote “It starts with me”
I don't get that feeling at all. Golden and Lashlee are apples and oranges. Golden was nothing more than a cheap huckster. Lashlee on the other hand comes across as quite genuine. Plus Lashlee's overall body of work is indicative of a coach who has been successful wherever he has gone so I'm much more inclined and receptive to giving him a mulligan for the Clemson game.

All talk. Doesn’t take all game to realize IZ followed by verts isn’t working. Doesn’t take 4 games to see the issues all across the board on D. Be better
