Because he was 1 or 2 when Ray was in college. When most people outside of Miami think of Ray they think of the Ravens not the Hurricanes. Kinda weird really.

A few things..First off, great thread!
1) Lets just face it..Whether we like it or not in the back of many posters minds Yearby will always be running third behind Sony and Cook even though there is ZERO basis to it. Sony hasnt done **** since he was a freshmen in HS (last years performance was VERY pedestrian by his "standards" and he was injured his whole sophomore year) so he is a legend more then anything..And Cook's legend became reality in the playoffs last year when he **** near single handidly won most of those games. But people forget the Yearby is a legend in his own right. (BEASTED it as a sophomore and is a pop warner legend.) I think Mr. Yearby is gonna have a little something to say going into this season KNOWING that the 3 of them will always be compared to each other. As a Cane that has to make you excited.
2) Dont know anything about Langham I must admit but his highlights are very nice. When did we start wanting to turn anyone who stands 6'4 or above into a TE? Those posters who say that are probably the same posters who said Tommy Streeter would be a TE! (And there were plenty of them!) Like one poster said, I think the staff knows Brady doesnt make it in and if he does the Clearinghouse would flag him anyway. But you have to show a kid like him love because of his rep and his talent. Even if something happens and we dont get Lane..A class of Langham/Dixon/Rudolph would make me happy coming behind Coley and Griffin and especially with Burgess-Becker/Phillips/Irvin/Bruce coming up next year.
3) Al and company are puttin in mad work. I second the poster that said if Coley can just hang tight for 3 years we will win a title or at least be MAJOR national players in that timeframe.
