Patchan looking like he went the Lattimer route from the Program.

Hopefully he's been watching Blue Mountain State.

Loved that show. Best episode was the one where that steakhead injected himself with Rabies. So good. They also made a movie. One of those soooo bad it’s good flicks.

Go Canes!

One more week to fall camp boys. I’m sooooo ready.

Glad AF I’m not the one doing mat drills though. Much easier to be a fan than an athlete, especially on Scarface’s team... though the upside isn’t there

Someone help me out - why all the 135 pound barbell curls?

Maybe Feeley brought some of those Clemson and Bama supplements with him
Doesnt look like it to me. Looks like work. Patchan isn’t bulked out. He’s a 5th ye. Senior.

Pinckney also looks like he refined but didnt redo his physique. And garvin.

IMO we will see more speed, explosiveness and endurance, hopefully agility and fewer injuries also. Want to see what he has done with the OL and DTs re strength/power.

"I think the strength level is good, I think these guys can really run,” Feeley said. “When they take off, they take off a little differently than from the other places I’ve been. These guys are on a mission. They want to make something happen here. They really do."

This makes me really happy.

Bicep is part of shoulder movement, and strengthening it will help with tackles from bad leverage positions.

oh no, the kids got to do arms one day it's the end of the worldddddd

Biceps is def not a part of shoulder movement, but strengthening it could be useful for certain situations, yes
