Duo of Miami players crack EvanMiya's top 100 preseason player ratings

A duo from the Miami Hurricanes basketball squad has been recognized among the nation’s best heading into the 2025-26 season.

Analyst Evan Miyakawa released his annual top-100 player rankings using his advanced BPR model, which evaluates every Division I player in the country. Miami also landed at No. 36 in Miyakawa’s overall team rankings.

Tre Donaldson and Malik Reneau were both featured inside the top 100, highlighting Miami’s veteran core. Reneau leads the Hurricanes at No. 62 overall, while Donaldson follows closely at No. 82.

Below are the complete EvanMiya ratings for every Miami player entering the 2025-26 season — including freshmen and international players. Miyakawa’s database includes a total of 5,566 Division I players.
