Don’t you think that it could be pretty easily presumed that if you’re handing a HS recruit a bunch of money that you’re doing it for a reason? Come on. Wise up. Who gives some kid $50k or a car for no reason?

Schools like Alabaga and Clemson get away with it because no one else: a. Wants the headaches and rat moniker that comes along with being the complaining witness; and b. They don’t want the NCAA also digging around in their business.

Fat Phil Fulmer was the last rat when he took Alabaga down for the Albert Means fiasco. Fulmer was tortured from that point forward.

And we would have been ****ed.

But all he could bring up was providing players already on the team extra benefits.

I believe he even said something about never being able to get into those crazy bidding wars with $EC teams over recruits, b/c he couldn’t afford it or some ****.

Buying recruits gives you a competitive advantage on the field over other teams and should get any team that gets caught the Death Penalty.

But Baga will never get caught or even investigated...

Jobe has a brother that plays in the NFL. It would be too easy to funnel money through his brother which would make it nearly impossible to prove illegal payments without getting financial documents that would violate his brothers rights. I doubt a PI would ever be able to prove illegal benefits ever occurred.
