Miami LB Darrion Owens will transfer, sources told Canesinsight. Owens is eligible to play elsewhere immediately since he was a December graduate. Houston is a possible landing spot.

Thanks for the info Pete. Is it possible to have one combined thread for attrition and just update the list as the players leave? Might help us all keep comments/info to one thread.

With Gordiner retiring and Owens transferring, taking 1 LB seems even stranger and will probably end up biting us in the *** in the future. Hard to understand where the staff is coming from on this one
