hmmm....now that's interesting.

Mario doesn't strike me as an overly technical guy. Does anyone have a little more insight into his actual coaching ability? There's a difference between being a star recruiter/organizer (CEO-type) and being a great teacher.

If true a very smart move - add high quality new coaches and shuffle the staff around to make it stronger overall.
