Cracks starting to show in FSU recruiting; new RB on UM's radar

**Like many would expect it might, the poor start at FSU is beginning to effect recruiting. Sources close to the situation tell CIS that at least one FSU commit is starting to have doubts and begin to waver and that's IMG OL Dontae Lucas. Lucas had previously been keeping Miami as an option despite his commitment to FSU in the spring (Lucas visited UM's campus this summer), but was still expected to sign with the Seminoles in the end. Now, that's much more in doubt. If Miami continues to push here, they have a good shot at the flip.

**Miami is evaluating and talking over offering 2020 RB Henry Parrish from Columbus. The 5'10" 175 pound RB has only one offer so far (from FAU), but UM has shown interest in him in the past and brought him in on a visit over the spring. He'll be a prospect to keep an eye on over the next few months.

Chaney and Bowman are 1a and 1b. Parrish is much farther down. It's likely to be a two RB class if they can get the guys they really want, but of course it's going to matter how things work out in 2019.

I don't know which I want to stay with FSU more. Derrick Hunter or Donte Lucas. The attitudes these two have are toxic and must be avoided at all cost.

Take all the linemen. We need them all.

Take Lucas. Helps us and hurts them. When they finish 4-8, we’ll see how much he tweets about them then.

I’ll take any offensive lineman we can get preferably Neal & Wright

but if Lucas wants to join them that’s fine.

Ohhhh, trust me. I know, I live in Ft. Myers. Kid is such a snowflake. I can say or do whatever I want because my childhood was difficult type stuff. Total attention ***** and not a hard worker from what I am told.

Thanks for the recruiting news. Would love to see how many recruits start to reconsider if they lose to Northern Illinois. I'm more concerned about us doning our job and not lay an egg for the foreseeable future.

I'll take any offensive lineman in the country that can improve what we are seeing on the o-line.

Lucas doesn't even start at IMG.

Guys like him are exactly why FSU's OL is awful. They have plenty of 4* guys and a 5*. The problem is they were all bad evals. Lucas looks the same. He's done well in camps but he's in terrible shape and is a turnstile in games

Fsu and uf’s face palm season is just beginning!!! Imo cmr is too nice to take advantage of this, soooooooo the sniper needs to get the nod and merk these guys.

Im trying to get out to the Mater Dei game this weekend if I can get out of work on time. I want to be able to see Lucas in person for the first time and see if the hype is real.

Also I do expect Mater Dei to put the beating on IMG.
