If Jalen Harrell is put at the Striker position his entire career his talent is going to be wasted like Romeo Finleys and Gilbert Frierson.

The position doesn’t exist in the NfL so no chance of getting drafted. And on the field it’s easy to scheme against and scheme away from which is why Finley has been invincible majority of his cfb career.
This is very off based my man. In the old nfl yea it would be a waste. But teams are putting guys like Finley and gil in the box now to deal with matchups

Teams are in nickel at minimum 60% of the time.

The players NFL use aren't Romeo Finley types, but they use hybrid players out there in nickel package (which is essentially a starter) in every game around the NFL.

I do agree with you though...Harrell shouldn't be a striker. He's a real deal strong safety in a Cover 3.

It don’t matter, look at our coaches. They don’t coach up the kids.

You realize tons of nfl defenses use a hybrid S/LB position? Are you sure that you watch football?

I realize that the Striker position doesn’t exist in the NFL
A hybrid safety/linebacker position doesn’t exist in the NFL? You’re completely wrong. Teams call them different things but you can find them all over college and NFL football with the emphasis in getting speed and guys who can cover and offer versatility to defenses.

The Striker position is not a hybrid safety/linebacker position... it’s just a retarded nickel or retarded linebacker position depending on the play call.

This is one of the dumbest takes I've seen in a while. Besides, even if it didn't translate to the NFL, who cares? If it helps Miami win, that's what should matter.

How does a position that makes no plays help Miami win? Finley’s career stats looks like Robert Knowles

The **** are you talking about? Finley has been our best player in the back 7 this year.

Lol Finley makes one tackle or pass break up every other game and he’s the best player in the back 7 🤔🤦‍♂️

Finley has been non existent majority of his career no fault of his own that’s the Striker position for you.

Finley's been good since his Junior season last year. Name someone better in the back 7 this year. I'll wait.

Your takes continue to be a laugh riot on this forum.

If he's been invincible I'd say they used his talent pretty well

Shaq Quarterman by far, Al Blades, and Gurvan Hall. Bubba Bolden would’ve been on this list as well.
