finish with Bogle and then shoot your load trying to land instant impact JUCO Jermaine Johnson. Adding those 2 to our current 2 would be an absolute MONSTER haul.

Totally expected, but great that he has committed.

I think Oboigbe was offered before Simpson got here.

But it's obvious that there is more of a concerted effort to recruit GA harder since he's been here.

Keep the DL commits coming.

We need them.

a source tells us the UM staff feels confident with Summerall and he’s saying all the right things to make them believe he’s going to be a Cane in the end.

Mark Richt needs to put me on staff to help deal with these type of recruits.

Would save a lot of time & energy.

I'd take Bogle and JUCO Jermain Johnson (check his film) over Bogle and Summerrall.

No matter what need Bogle for this DLine class to be considered a success.
Jermaine Johnson is all UGA

@Stefan Adams Does Jess or anyone still keep in touch with Kevin Harris? Any realistic chance we get him to flip to us?

Yes they are in touch. I've heard Harris is not thrilled with his Bama commitment so far. I was told to not be surprised if things begin to really escalate with him and UM in the future. Right now though, it's just something to keep in the back of your mind.

Gotcha, Nothing to see here.

Collecting more balla's, one commit at a time. This guy reminds me of a combination of garvin and quarterman highschool highlights where they all look like they had/have outgrown the competition at the highschool level from a physical standpoint. Im not worried at all about what our record will be this year, we know as Canes we should be undefeated every year. Richt officially has the train rolling now. That jess simpson hire was on point, people talk about coach kulgowski being one of the best d-line coaches, he did a solid job, but for me, under him, we didnt play the running game at a UM d-line level, that's the main thing im looking for us to improve upon under coach simpson. Once this d-line starts setting the tone and starts smothering opponents run games, that's when we'll start seeing an even better defense. To many times under coach kool runningbacks were having their way.

Coach simpson in my opinion is an overall upgrade over coach kool, and that's not easy, the beautiful part is, the o-line will befan to become that much tougher by going against a simpson coached d-line. We getting back to forcing teaams to be one dimensional. Teams are going to have to get back to running alot of draw plays, and on 3rd and longs, forget about it.

Harvey just got a huge bump on 247, They now have him as the #139 player in the country in their own rankings.

Rivals also made him a 4* earlier so he's ranked #223 overall on the 247 composite.

Glad he's finally getting respect

I’ll repeat; this staff’s eye for under the radar talent is impeccable. Hope these kids value that we saw something in them prior to these hype machines.

Now the only 3stars we got right now could/should be 4 stars imo are Marcus Crowley and Sam brooks now.

Kingsley equakuan is a high 3 star for me, love how he plays. Cam Williams has the length and size but he’s a developmental prospect so a 3 Star is fine for him. Will see what brownlee does this year, should be interesting to see, feel like he will eventually get a bump

Holley and Blissett are top 200 players....they’ll get bumped as the year goes by.

Problem with Kingsley is that he’s a center only prospect...can’t really do much with that.

I actually like the corners we have this cycle and think Brownlee and Good are in a good position. Both have good measurables, and the latter will likely get a RS considering at corner we return Bandy, Frierson, Ivey, Blades and Bethel. Couple that with Couch being in this class than I think we're good at corner.

What a shocker - Mark Richt knows more about recruiting than the people on this board that stare at 247 and criticize the coaches based on star rankings. Maybe now we won't have to hear about how we're carrying too many 3 stars....

They was hating before, those 3 should have been ranked that already. Huff and smith should be even higher. I think Huff is a top 50 talent, he’s that good

All of a sudden the recruiting sites aren’t biased against Miami, right.
