You know this place. Regardless… the Smith thread should stay about Smith
Hopefully this just means they are on the offensive cuz they know its a legit chance (pun not intended) they lose Jeremiah to us so they replace him with a SoFla guy to keep their hooks somewhat within our area.

If they legit thought they were losing, Smith - and if it’s to us - Chance would be a bad replacement as he’s friends with Smith and would be difficult to pull under those circumstances.
I still don’t think we’re getting Smith. But if we do it’ll be monumental for us.

I'm definitely not counting on it but the tea leaves are at least indicating our TAMU W has helped us at minimum build more momentum with him. I don't think them forcing the issue to prevent him from visiting us during Aggie game and now placing extra heat on Chance is random at all.
I think we have a legit shot to get Smith as long as we keep winning on the field. If Hartline does leave I really like our chances.
