All I wanna say is that he don't really care about us

Very good player. One of the principal reasons our defensive YPA was so low most of the season. Finds the ball. Smooth. Aggressive going forward. I expect Jackson will be drafted earlier than current conventional wisdom.

Geez Pete...
Could you let us enjoy the JaQuan news for a little while before you hit us with this??

If we compete for a Natty he could go first round. Dude has great coverage skills and is a big CB.

Lol.

This has to change. Big time players often come back for their senior years at championship programs even after the team accomplishing something great the year before because they aren’t me first guys and they know they can be developed more. Richt has to instill this and change the mindset. He had a good year, yes but anyone who thinks he shouldn’t come back is nuts. It was his first and only year actually playing.

He needs to come back.

This couldn't be more wrong lol

CJ Mosley, Zach Martin, Aaron Donald ALL came back for their senior year.
Guess what? They were all rookie pro bowlers and were drafted 1st. Round

Ryan Anderson, Rueben Foster, OJ Howard all came back for their senior year AFTER they won the Natty. Guess what? 2 first rounders, 1 second rounder.

MJ needs to come back, still has PLENTY to improve.

You named 2 players from a championship teams nice job.

Yeah I guess you can’t count. I named 6 players, 3 different teams..

Sony Michel and Nick Chubb came back, **** Jaquan is coming back and he did MUCH more than MJ. I can name plenty but I won’t waste my time with you. If you think he should leave then so be it, but he is making a major mistake if he does.

We recruit the stupidest ******* kids in the country. And we can't even beat Pitt with them.

Maybe he can develop into a good NFL player but as of now he’s only a mid round pick. I think the hype got to him when an announcer(forgot who) said that he was one of the best CB’s in the nation.

Herbie said it. I think he could be a first round pick. Has measurables and cover skills.

You can improve in the league. It's not like you get there and all of a sudden you peak.

Plenty of Alabama guys have left as juniors and the program rolls along. Guys have their reasons for leaving.

Ed Reed
Santana Moss
Dan Morgan
Reggie Wayne
Antrel Rolle

Just a few guys who decided to play their senior years at UM.

Until we stop losing almost every draft eligible kid weve got, we won’t be back. Not even close.

He probably should can he have a better year strike while iron hot

Yeah, you can improve in the league. And if you’re a first round pick like Jackson has the potential to be, you can take your time to develop with some guaranteed money. Otherwise, when you’re a 3rd or 4th round pick which he will be, you’re on a much shorter leash with way less guaranteed money.

Not sure why some get so butt-hurt over these things. Should make for a great pitch to Surtain if true.

That’s the one thing I’ll side with you on. I don’t know his reasons, you are right. But why go as a 5-7 rounder and take your bumps and get passed over because coaches are 1/10 as patient in the MFL as they are in college instead of coming back, fine tuning your game and having a better shot? Makes no sense. 1 good year doesn’t mean you are ready for the NFL..

He's ready to go to the NFL but would be great to have him back

Jackson don't have the potential to be a 1st round pick. Sorry boss.

He's put enough good things on film combined with a hopefully strong combine that he can be a mid round pick. Get to the league and work toward your next contract. One more year in college isn't going to help a guy like Jackson get there.

Was probably the best corner in the ACC this year. Will be a very good boundary man corner in the NFL. Definitely a first round pick.

strike while the iron's hot.

come back to school, do homework, earn no money, risk injury, compete with 5 stars for your spot,.......... or collect millions? tough decision.

Not going to pocket watch another mans pocket. If they think it’s the best decision for them to enter the draft then it Is what it is
