They might be deeper than that but that's **** sure and awfully big part of it. Honestly I think Ewers ends up with that job in 2 years.
I really think Ewers is taking that job. TUA is a very good QB that has lapses in games where his brain shuts off. He basically needs the Great Wall of China to protect him. God forbid he runs the ball and puts his life in danger because he doesn't want to learn to slide. But the Dolphins need a real OL. We haven't had one since the Richmond Webb days. The amount of wasted draft picks on OL I'm sure is some kind of record. I've been a season ticket holder for 42 years and I'm done with Ross and Grier.

Almost had him here… this close 🤏🏾. Thanks Mario, guess all is forgiven, lol.

I still remember that recruitment - someone correct me on my recollection (@DMoney). A couple of those broward kids (Ridley and Burgess-Becker) were supposedly going to commit to us right after some big 7x7 tournament. All of the CIS crooting luminaries were there planning to cover the announcement and then all of a sudden some agent or handler said...

I knew it was a wrap as soon as that happened. Soon after, they committed to bama.

Tuas problems are much more than the fact he doesn't know how to slide. Absolutely he needs amazing oline play. Because his pocket presence is ****. But his only actual strength is his accuracy up to his intermediate ball. But with receivers like that, the fact he can't actually throw a deep ball is his biggest liability. Imagine if they would have got Justin Herbert, who was the logical pick instead of tua... The offense would be unstoppable. So again, don't get me wrong. Tuas accuracy up to an intermediate route is amazing. But as soon as you stretch his arm, the receiver **** near has to stop he underthrows them so bad. Just puts the defense back in play. The fact Greir was gave the greenlight to give him that extension is a level of incompetence only the likes of that moron Gettleman and his draft picks and extensions could match. In what world do you give a extension and that kind of gaurenteed money up to someone who's essentially a walking zombie, the active NFL poster hold for cte and not even two years prior held you hostage while you had to talk him out of retiring (twice now)... I'm sorry but it's almost inevitable that if he's around for the duration of his contract (here or anywhere else in football)he's either gonna die on the field or end up brain dead. It's horrible to say that and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. But the man has been knocked into multiple seizures at this point for the world to witness. It's sad his family would allow this. Honestly he should simply retire and live out his life. He's an amazing dude. But this sport ain't for everyone.

I remember seeing an interview around Ridley’s second or third year in the league. The basis of the interview was “what made Bama special” he said he was all set to commit to Miami and felt good about it. Mario was his recruiter at Bama and kept urging him to just come for a visit. He told Mario that he’d come but was still going to commit to Miami. Mario told him it was no problem he just wanted him to come for a visit… said after he left Tuscaloosa that weekend it was a wrap.

Then the rest of the interview was a complete Bama fluff piece.

Were bags exchanged… gifted? Guess we’ll have to use our imagination or common sense. Whichever you choose.

agreed on him retiring. he should've stopped or been stopped after the last concussion. i hate to say it but i think he'll get concussed this year and that will have to be the end of his career.

It's like New York giving Daniel Jones that ridiculous contract. Some GM's blow me away with their logic.

That contract was the last straw for me. Being in that spot period was a ****** joke. Won't even get into evaluations and draft picks, but how do you go through several years of Daniel Jones and not IMMEDIATELY SAY LETS PUT TOGETHER SOME OPTIONS FOR QBS MOVING FORWARD! That extension for him is what showed me that ****tard the Giants have now as a GM is just as worthless as gettleman. Complete ****** morons. No clue how that dude hasn't been fired
