I think Pete was spot on with his post game reaction. Going into the game it was “If USF wins they should be number 1 etc etc!” I’m a very casual Twitter user, yet I’ve already seen Gator fans posting when it was 28-6 and saying “and some of our fans tried to defend the loss”.
Implying USF isn’t good, nah, that’s not what they were saying during the week. Just because Miami dominated in the trenches and made it light work doesn’t erase their Gators win.
