Austin Goosby, a four-star point guard in the 2026 class, is taking an official visit to Miami this week. The 6-foot-5 rising senior out of Melissa, Texas, will be visiting the Hurricanes today through the 24th.
Goosby is ranked No. 39 in the 247Sports Composite and No. 30 nationally in the 247Sports rankings, where he’s also listed as the No. 4 shooting guard and No. 2 player in Texas.
He holds offers from Miami, Texas, Baylor, BYU, Florida State, Kansas, Oklahoma, UCLA, and others, with Texas drawing heavy interest since his brother, Trevor, plays offensive line for the Longhorns. 247Sports currently projects him to commit to Texas.
Goosby was also named MVP of the Nike EYBL 17U All-Circuit after averaging 16.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 5.0 assists, with coach Jai Lucas in attendance.
