Too late in the game for Olsen to consider anyone else. I do not even think he took visits to other schools.

Has Mario ever called a play? I heard he was responsible for implementing the spread at FIU but that doesnt mean he called the plays or structured the offense.

What a douche bag. Yes total selfish and homer statement. I understand you must look out for yourself. But Golden gave him his break. He was an assistant without real play calling experience. People knew of him, that he could be a good one, etc... But no one went out on a limb an hired him as an OC. To bail this fast to me is like stabbing Golden and the program on the back.

Olsen hasn't been shy about his close relationship with Fisch. They have been tight since Olsen came to Goldens camp as a junior. I doubt Olsen flips. But you better believe if he doesn't like Goldens hire, he will be contacting other schools. Fisch was the QB coach and OC. So really this is like losing 2 very important coaches.

Well that sucks, can't blame him for taking a bigger gig. Life goes on.

Some of you guys make up the worst **** I ever heard.

Not a promotion, its the NFL aka Professional Football. The pay is more, the prestige is more and there are less jobs.

This has nothing to do with the investigation so please stop confusing our simple fans.

Also I dont know where Fisch said he was committed to Miami long term. He seemed to be committed to Miami for now but long term...i doubt it.

Mcnulty aint coming here so quit with that BS. Cristobal should not be the OC. Laughing at McDonald now.

Finally, it is a good thing for other teams to want your coaches. But this is not good for continuity and hopefully Golden gets a good hire.
