is a quality TE prospect from South Florida, Ravian is rated 95 and ranked the #2 TE in the nation, according to the 247Sports Composite. Word of caution, the Composite is made up of four ranking and ratings from the major recruiting media. At this time, only one of the media outlets has posted their evaluation. UM just offered Pierce this week. Ravian is now on our TE boards. More to come.

anyone know anything about him? I believe he plays for SFE and is very highly rated.

I thought about asking about this kid last night. Hopefully somebody can give us some info on him and Pete can get an interview.

Look for Chris Lammons' tape...Ravian catches some passes from Lammons and looks good doing it. I'll look for the thread.

He is a decent Tight End, but calling him the No. 2 in the nation might be a stretch.

Scout has him ranked as their #4 TE early. That is the only site to evaluate him so far.

He seems to be a guy who will be highly recruited as his name is really getting out. That is 1 pos. we have been able to pull some of the best & I wouldn't think we take more than 1-Would be a lot of quality guy's so close together but, any time you have a shot to get some of the best-you take it. Maybe we do take more than 1 but this kid's name will be 1 to watch.

He seems to be picking up a lot of steam as of late & I think his name will get even bigger as the recruiting cycle goes forward. Don't know how many we take at this pos. this year as we have been able to land some real good ones here. I think Coley will stay on this kid & if some others who are better come a long-I think we will start shooting for the stars now. Miami is gaining a lot of confidence back out on the trail & kid's are taking notice again. With a win vs UF, I believe we take off from there & start to have a steady flow of big time commit's.

215 is pretty light... At that size he can be a big receiver
