Just to add to what Peter said, I spoke to a lot of Coaches from Columbus this previous year and they had nothing but good things to say about him. He actually made Varsity his freshman year which to many may not seems like a big accomplishment with all the talent in South Florida but for Columbus it's huge. Jakhari Gore, Deon Bush and Anthony Rabassa are the only names that come to mind when thinking about Freshman who made Varsity.

if he commits and we get two of lane, rudolph, and dixon, man this corp is going to be disgusting

His film is about as hard to find as Jontavious Carter's was. FarArcher stop looking for Sasquatch and find me his film.

Brady hasn't played much high school football. His reputation is from 7on7s, camps and youth football. He was probably the best WR at the Golden Camp he participated in last year.

I'll add to this by saying I've been hearing about Brady since basically his 8th grade year. I was a junior at Columbus when he was a freshman and he was like a folk legend the way people talked about him within the Columbus program. He is a 5-star talent when he gets everything straight and tightens up the nuances of the position.

He has had so many moving pieces throughout his high school career, he really hasn't had a chance to settle in anywhere. Do you realize how ridiculous it is that he has Ohio State, UF, FSU, and Miami offers without a single piece of tape in an actual game? He is a freak.

Like i said and im sticking to it i like him better than Lane... This guy is pure cane im talking A-1 pàõla! Hope he does get whatever situated and become a cane.

Definitely a better shot with Rudolph and Dixon compared to Lane. Also, don't forget about Alfredo Roberts son.

This kid is a stud n his own right, but this would be a big help to land lane also. The two are very close friends. Go canes!

So how would we rank these 4 prospects in terms of talent? I've never seen any of them in person because I'm in Orlando. From what I'm reading the gap between Lane, Brady & Dixon isn't that wide.

1) Lane
2) Dixon
3) Brady
4) Rudolph

?????????????? Somehow I'm feeling like I'm selling Rudolph short but that's one **** of a prospect list.

Tyree is a freak on the field but can not compare to Ermon at WR. Tyree is more aggrerssive, with a physical style of play whereas Ermon is a complete football player with all of the attributes including speed, hands, route running/adjustments and football IQ overall. Ermon understands the game alot more than whereas Tyree just gets on the field and goes hard with all of his athletic atributes. I have film on Tyree (Homestead vs South Dade) and can tell you that he's a serious threat on the field whether its on offense on defense.

If we get him and he gets into school, let's hope he can stay. If keeping his stuff together is a problem for him in HS, college could be real trouble. If he realizes he has been given a great chance and not a free ride that he is entitled to, then he could be great. If not, he will end up washed out. Come on to THE U young man, but remember that much will be expected of you. Bring your books and alarm clock as well as your A game. This staff gives 2nd chances but the age of entitilement has ended.

He went to Columbus?

Thanks BroncoNation; if I recall you are a high school coach in SF, is that correct?

Kid runs a 4.8 and has zero chance of qualifying. Has barley played a full HS season.

I wouldn't get too excited.

Pretty much nailed it there, Pedro. Good stuff. Would love to have this kid on board. IIRC he has been around Lane a few times and more than held his own. Off the chart potential once, like you said, he gets a chance to settle down and focus.

good post. Tough call here when you go wr vs freak athlete. Jerry Rice was my favorite wr growing up and he put up unreal numbers with great Qbs. Randy Moss was a freak and revived Cunningham, Jeff George, and made Culpepper relevant. Streeter was a one year freak and I also believe we have one in Griffin. It's a win-win situation regardless, but if we redshirt Brady and let him work on his craft he could be really scary.
