The Miami Hurricanes coaching staff has extended a scholarship offer to four-star power forward Latrell Allmond out of Petersburg, Richmond, Virginia.
Allmond announced the offer on Instagram, sharing that Miami has officially entered the mix for his recruitment.
The 6-foot-9 forward is currently ranked No. 41 overall, the No. 3 center, and the No. 2 player in Virginia in the 247Sports 2026 Composite rankings. He holds offers from 21 schools.
Allmond recently played in the NBPA Top 100 Camp, where he scored 23 points in the Top 100 game.
According to MaxPreps, he averaged 21.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.3 blocks, 1.7 steals, and 1.4 assists per game last season as a junior.
In addition to Miami, his offer list includes Indiana, Florida State, Georgetown, Louisville, LSU, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi State, NC State, Ole Miss, Rutgers, Tennessee, and several others.
As of now, Miami does not have a commitment in its 2026 class but continues to target top prospects, including highly-regarded guard Caleb Gaskins and other elite talents.
