So our coaches should just quit on a commit?
I’m not saying that. This is just my opinion on what might be going in there. I would still be all over him.

i just personally think he will string us along all year to just be disappointed.

Hes partially right, things need to improve on the field but his tone is suspect af. I dnt mind diva WRs but divas at DT is a bad mix.

Like I said in another post if the Palmetto want to ride, peace out, we'll see u on the otherside. We are coming, fit in or fit out. #DontBeJadenFrancois
What’s not to be suspect about?

I agree with an earlier post, really not to impress with his film, maybe the staff has other recruits higher on the board. Seems we are not showing the same intensity going after this kid, that we did say Roberts, or Devanta last recruiting season : Seems they are more into his teammate Taylor
:ibis-roflmao-sm3:

You for real?

If ur gonna ride, ride bruh. No need for tap dancing when ur 340 pounds. Dont give ultimatums and cries for attention. Like i said fit in or fit out.
It’s his life, not yours. He’s taking the decision seriously. Reporter asked question, he answered, honestly. If you prefer no reporters ask anyone questions, might as well just not read this board. but if you want stories, gotta take the answers however they come. kid hasn’t said anything this board doesn’t already know to be true.

Your right idk wat i was thinking thx

but you went to Emory because it was very good school that good probably get you great internships and prepare you properly. No difference for him.
Yeah but I knew going to a good school still meant I had accomplished nothing until I actually accomplished something. Maybe I’m just old school or just old but I can accept these comments from someone in the league. But give me a break high school junior, you ain’t **** yet

Nah....I think he's gone sooner....

In before the flip!

(Just wait 'til we lose a game we should win...or maybe two. I think it's almost bound to happen. I don't know that Manny's got it figured out yet.)

This young man is borderline disrespectful. I understand his mom wants him at UM and I’m happy for that. But he talks as though he has accomplished something in life, which he has not. High school playing ability is next to accomplishing nothing in life.
I remember being on a plane shortly before graduating law school at Emory University and thinking that if the plane crashed a list of my accomplishments on a tombstone would read,”he was a pretty good student”.
and then I graduated and did everything possible to impact as many lives in a meaningful way. Everyone’s path is different but this kid hasn’t done **** and I hope someone tells him before he flames out.

Sorry, I'm not buying this at all.

This is a recruiting board. Here we come to see what someone has accomplished in the football field and hope they pick us in the end.

He's accomplished something. He's gotten the attention of schools across the land. He's in pretty rarified air in that regard in that he's a top prospect with top tier options in his field.

You can argue that sports are trivial and he's just getting going with lots to prove at this level. He's proven himself to this point.

Flame out? What? He's hoping to see us prove ourselves on the field, a field that's opened a door to college. His comments aren't what you want to hear a recruit say, but they're real and honest in that he has expectations for us, same as we have for him.

Very well said by another poster about jumping on board a sinking ship. We don't show it, he's got better options, nothing wrong with that and our want of him doesn't change that.

He meant to say

Cool! Thanks 4 the analysis

I agree though I mean the kid sounds like every somewhat normal fan around here. Also not really buying into the “Stroud isn’t recruiting him” vibe here. Sounds like we needed to give him a reason to look around and we took care of that last season bigtime.

I have no doubt that other programs are more aggressive in their recruiting of him At this stage. That’s an aspect of what I have been yapping about on recruiting. It’s resources, plans, processes, priorities. Manny has not shown to be a particularly good recruiter. He’s more interested in showing up to close than laying the groundwork, imo.

He's going to decommit and he's going to UiF. This is just the rationalization before it's made official.

He enjoys his pancakes very much he keeps eating till all consumed or whistle blows and is laid to waste , this is what I saw this is what I look for he also keeps his feet under him with choppy wide stance KEY in line play.

A Don Bailey type player thumbs up here.

Definitely a good take here he's under construction and works at it and shows being applied ,GET EM

First let me say this, if you don't win they will not come. Idc and I'm sure the kids from down south don't care. If you listen to Collins comments he's unsure of Miami and so are a lot of other recruits. But like he said if Miami starts proving themselves and changing they will come. Recruits talk and I'm sure if we start winning and showing the nation we can compete we will be alright.

If we don't win - they won't come because we stink
If we do win - they won't come (business decision)

Don't fall for the bs, some players won't come no matter what. Of course there are a lot that will ride the wave if we are winning, but there are many that no matter our record will go where its "best for them and their family"

Easy to blame the record when we are losing, but there a ton of factors other than record
