Standing at 5-foot-10 and 165 pounds, 2028 Rainsville (AL) Plainview cornerback Kylen Johsnon has received an scholarship offer from Miami this morning.
He has recently gained traction among several Power Five schools, picking up offers from Florida State, Alabama, and Miami over the last three weeks.
The cornerback is rated as a four-star prospect and currently ranks as the No. 293 overall player in the 2028 class, the No. 11 prospect in the state of Alabama and the No. 32 cornerback nationally.
During his sophomore season at Plainview High School, he racked up a total of 86 tackles, six tackles for loss, nine interceptions, and 22 pass breakups. On offense, he accomplished a total of 1502 rushing yards, 25 rushing touchdowns, 727 receiving yards, and 10 touchdowns. Kylen also participates in track & field where he placed 2nd in the 110-meter hurdles and 6th in the 200-meter hurdles at the Alabama State Track Meet.
