Cook lane Rudolph fan club

Cook is C.J. Spiller esq. I know I know whenever we miss on a south florida player it's because of money, but Cook's recruitment seemed really dirty. During his recruitment people said his family has been shopping him for years, and then after he gets to FSU he is flashing cash on social media. Then you have someone the other day post that his best friend(Phillips) sister or something said they would love for Devante Phillips to stay home at Miami, but Miami doesn't pay.

Seriously wonder how people can talk out of their asses on here. Cook was the man their senior man. Love having Yearby but basically in my eyes a decent conparsion is Duke=Cook, Freeman=Yearby.

Different backs but both stars that set records for their schools and get drafted. But in the end they are running backs about as insignificant as a piece to a championship puzzle as there is.

LMAO no way Cook has the vision or moves that Duke does.

Proof?

Yearby, Cook, Powell and Michel will be compared against each other for the next few years.

Just like Scarlett, Walton, and Dexter will be compared against Cronkrite, Patrick and Frasier for the next few years as well.

Will be fun to watch.

I'll say though. Cook is not Duke at all. The only one I think that has the potential to be better than Duke down the road from the group of Michel, Yearby, Cook and Powell is Michel.

I think that group ends up like this.

1. Michel
2/3. Yearby & Cook
4. Powell

What a miss cook was, dude ceiling is way far beyond yearbys. I know they got the better college back

I like Cooks wheels as well, but lets be fair. Cook doesn't have Duke in front of him. And Williams is average at best on the college level.

I don't see the vision and open field moves in Cook that Yearby has.

Doesn't matter when he slipsby he's gone. U can't let him leave sfla stop these fkin excuses, it's y we losin rt now. U telling me Butch loses cook to Bowden in the 90's. **** fkin no

No, we aren't losing because of a lack of talent, there is plenty of talent on Miami's roster. We are losing because of bad coaching.

We have only 75 scholarship player and almost none of those have redshirted which is huge. Talent is one thing but it takes time to develope that talent. When we have 40 -50 guys with a redshirt and an 85 man roster then we will be playing on an even playing field.

Cook wasn't going to get any more touches than what Yearby is currently getting. He saw more opportunity for PT at FSU.
When you are some of you ***kers going to understand this?

You were privy to his decision making process? Didn't know that.

I love how you and all the idiots here love talking in absolutes. None of you know **** but will just come out and say whatever if it means defending Miami and our coaches.

Just the opposite of folks like you who talk absolutes against Miami, same same, both very annoying. Enjoy and cheer.

Jordan Scarlett!!!!

This kid right here got that elite speed, he's gonna be awesome. That's a kid normally Fsu takes away from us late in the game. Gotta keep him.

And anyone can fire back to this claim and say they don't see the home run ability or breakaway speed in Yearby that Cook has.

Both are great backs, and both have their strengths, but Cook has twice the ceiling Yearby does and you saw that in high school. They rushed for nearly the same yardage, but Yearby had 85 more carries than Cook.

I'm thrilled to have Joe on board and he'll be a good one for us, but what all of you Yearby v. Cook retards don't seem to grasp is that we needed both.

LMAO at the idea of Golden being some sort of elite recruiter. Brings in Yearby, but misses out on Collins, Michel, Powell, and Cook. Wants Rudolph as a DB, and he's already making a huge impact at FSU at WR. And how about DB recruiting? We don't sign a single CB in last year's class (save Mayes if he plays there) and we're largely ignoring a loaded DB class in SoFLA this season but will bring in some no-name from Alabama.

I really hate this fkin staff

It gets me more hot watching kids that r sfla elite players ripping it everywhere else, I know a coach like a Butch can keep those kids home period. That's how we gonna win if not enjoy being little brothers within the next fifth teen years.

What Butch did a Miami was remarkable but let me give you a list of kids from South Florida who went to FSU during Butch's tenure--all from South Florida. Anquan Boldin, Snoop Minnis, Antoine Mirambeau, Donald Heavens, Derrick Gibson, Standford Samuels, Bradley Jennings, Corey Simons and Sean Keys and that's just who I can remember. Gibson, Jennings, Simons and Keys started on their national title team.

Cook seems explosive. But I agree with whoever said he doesn't seem to have open field moves. I'm saying this completely without bias I think yearby will be the better back. And believe me I was leading the cook over yearby/Michel train when they were in high school. I think cooks ceiling is Lamar miller. He's that type of back. Super fast, will get stronger, but not great vision, moves, shake, etc. I think yearby can be a more complete back with added size. Not a flat out burner but insane quicks and hopefully elite vision...so far he's looked good but too easy to take down...

Cook needs a lane and he's gone. Yearby is so nifty and shifty he'll find the open space, then he'll be stopped before he takes it to the house. I wanted both, but maybe Yearby can do more things well.

The children here are delusional. We never got all the south Fla talent. Never. We always lost top kids.
