Visiting this weekend. His father is the director of TCU's track program so this will be an uphill both ways type of recruitment. Major track athlete in his own right. 10.91 100m and 6' 8" High Jump and also plays Bball.

- Top100 wide receiver Zion Robinson dropped a top seven earlier this month, but said Miami would be in his top three if he was forced to narrow things down because of their unique blend of football and education. He said the school he attends will be a strong academic institution and Miami checks that box as a private school with small class sizes. Jojo Trader stood out to him at practice today and he's high on what Miami does on offense.

“Obviously I love coach (Kevin) Beard,” Robinson told CaneSport. “The relationship I have with him is great. He’s very relatable, and then obviously I love the school. It’s a smaller school so it’s more personal and things like that. That’s what I love about Miami.”

Robinson said his visit to Miami in late March played a significant role shaping how he viewed the Hurricanes and opened his eyes to the school. Robinson said the opportunity to play basketball as well as football at the college level — which he’s spoken to all four schools about — and his relationship with a staff will affect his decision.

Miami, Michigan and Stanford have all done good jobs recruiting him. His father, Khadevis, is the director of track and field at TCU, who is also making an effort, although he said the Horned Frogs haven’t pushed as hard as the other programs.
