Zion Nelson note

It's not fair to judge this kid as a TRUE FRESHMEN LT. Let's be a smart fanbase for once, and judge him after next yr. He'll end up being better than all of the LTs we've had here since Flowers. I can promise you that
Not going to judge him. But those others he beat out WTF have they been doing.

Name another team tmin the country that doesnt blame players that suck for sucking. Because he sucks now he hets time to not suck. How did that work out for Rosier.

Zion and Campbell clearly aren't ready....we need to make some changes asap .... our OL coach should be ashamed for putting them through that test..he shoulda known better....let's hope they don't completely lose their confidence...

Zion is a decent recruit who has come in, worked hard and put on a lot of weight. It is not his fault that there was no one better on th team than him at left tackle. Also not his fault he was left on an island most of the night. Let’s see how the season goes. Had other Oline players worked out, Zion would be redshirting, impressing in practice, and getting better at his own pace without the glare of the spotlight. If you need to blame someone to make yourself feel better, blame the older Oline players who couldn’t win the starting LT job.

Blame Pastor Richt..who in 4 recruiting cycles, with the exception of Zion, couldn't even sign 1 legitimate LT prospect.

Enos never really helped the kid after it became obvious, Zion was in-over-his-head.

My thing is, if he’s been getting killed in practice no way Diaz puts him out there. He’s gotta be holding his own
Evidently he was doing great in practice. It seems the lights were just too bright for him last night, or he's not practicing against the right people.
