2027 Zayden Gamble 4* CB from STA

I know in early Feb his leaders were Miami, UF and ND. I am not sure where ND sits now, but not having a OV scheduled with them yet, stands out. He has OV's set for Miami, UF and OSU. I think it's just Miami and UF, but if OSU wants him, I don't expect Miami to get in a bidding war at S this class. He developed a relationship with the new UF staff, quickly. I didn't know he calls Nik Bonitto his God brother. Even though Nik went to Oklahoma, he was a big Gator fan and that influenced Zayden as a young kid. I would think the years of a relationship with Mario would give him an edge and Miami loves him, but I don't know, here. Miami is the 1st of his 3 scheduled visits.

Jason Taylor coached Bonitto for a year at STA as well.
 
I thought I heard D$ and/or El Conejo ***** say they were hearing UiF for Gamble.

I think him and Valade are the two most versatile DB we're recruiting. Could see either of them at all 3 DB positions. If I had to guess Gamble likely projects best S or Nick, but jmo, and I know gogeta likes him at CB

Valade in particular LOOKS like K.Scott type game on tape. Hypolite maybe could move around too, but Valade and Gamble especially look like they have versatility.
 
The staff loves Gamble. He is a priority and he has just raised his stock over the years Miami has recruited him. Gamble and Hyppolite would be a HR duo to go with what we already have.

The staff talks about game changers mixed in. A Snell flip would be a game changer. Could you image Snell and Dunnigan as a S duo? Seriously, just even one year as vets, Snell as a SO and Dunnigan as a JR. That wouldn't be fair.

So are we still planning to have a small class or is all of that fluid? Just saying, we have Jones committed and Hyppolite is imminent. Then you have Gamble and we all know Snell will have a spot. That would be 4 would be safeties there.

My best bet for DBs would be 6

5 is probably almost as likely, a tossup between 5 and 6…7 I guess isn't out of the picture but I think that would have to include at least 1 of a Sears/Wight/Snell/Sparrow/Osborne.

I see something like this:

Gourdine
N.Johnson or Wright or Sears
Jones
Hypolite

Then 2 of these (or only 1? if 5 man class):
Gamble, Valade, Sears, Carey, and dark horse Z.Davis (jmo) with a big senior (junior year). .
