Zaquan gone

He looked so lost every time he stepped on the field last year. The staff gave him the opportunity to take a job and it just didn’t work out for whatever reason.

No ill will hope he goes somewhere where it’s good scheme fit and not just chase NIL and end up right back in the portal next year.

Really not worried. As of rn there’s not many difference makers on this team, not many players that can leave this team and start on the elite teams of CFB.

That’s quite the predicament going into year 4

Just as I predicted

This moron always blows hard on Miami, I mean even this comment is dumb. Patterson got his PT now he wants to run from competition, as if he doesn't realize he wasn't good last year.

Now he has competition and can develop properly. It's obvious he wasn't ready to start, but we didn't have a choice.

I said that because back when Zaquan commited to us, ITU dropped a hit piece basically saying FSU portals over all of their HS signees and Miami is doing is the right way etc
They swore it played a huge role in him committing to us and then not even 2 years later, the kid has been portaled over and is transferring out…

They already have 2 threads on their 247 about this, lol.
Correct me if im wrong, but Dylan Day isn't a portal player. Also who cares what those losers say. Miami is supplementing with the portal.

Right now Miami has:

8 starters on offense
6 starters on defense

From high school recruiting. It can change slightly with spring portal, but how many recruits those losers have starting?

Really goes to show that the competition and talent in South Florida is overrated. Outside of a stud like JSmith there are not many local guys that can cut it anymore. This guys was all world and he could cover a mid level route. His footwork was atrocious. Him and Damari brown were doing ballerina **** last year
Omar Thornton in the same class from American Heritage was starting by the end of the year at Boston College and was one of their best players on defense. Xavier Lucas in the same class was a stud as a freshman at Wisconsin and someone we expect to be a top contributor on our defense this year. OJ Frederique was our most consistent DB as a true freshman. Kal-El Pascal at Bowling Green via Dr. Krop was starting down the stretch and was one of their best defenders. Same for Lawrence Johnson at FAU via Miami Palmetto. Y'all gotta stop this.

The kid wasn't ready to play but our OUT OF STATE safeties stunk it up. He was used out of position, I might add.

He is not being portaled-over. Not in the classic sense. There are other reasons why he was put in the doghouse.

Who gives a **** what the F$U fans think. They are stupid, and they are wrong. And those two things are unfixable.

Late for practices and meetings…. Don’t need him.
Heard the same things and Geo said it publicly. Chronically late to meetings and practice for an extended period of time. Contrast that to Malachi who beats Mario and everyone else to practice and stays later than everyone else.

With a whole new defensive coaching staff, you can't just mail the effort in

Who gives a ****?

TJ ****tinger can't even read the FIRST PARAGRAPH and comprehend it. The criticism is about F$U giving playing time to freshmen and then immediately recruiting over them.

Like it or not, Zaquan's issues were off-the-field, NOT on-the-field.

Moron SemenHoles, still bitter about The Snub, still bitter about our ACCURATE criticisms of their program.
