#17 is by far the most dominant out of all them with uconn women #2. This is nothing new. They have never gave us credit cause it goes against their agenda

The editor actually responded to this complaint and said we were the most impressive team he's ever seen, but they had a formula they used and didn't deviate from it.

ESPN Formula for Measuring the degree of Dominance= ( Championships X Wins/GP% X Victory Margin % X Rank of Opp + # of All Am + # of Pro's) + # of All Pro's )

X

( % DID WE HERE AT ESPN LIKE THEM)

We would have been #1 BUT... That last factor in ESPN's formula really killed us!! :sjfd4ytbgaemgtvaw2.jpg:

If you want to split hairs, you could say the 01 Canes weren't the most dominant team because they had a few close victories (BC and VT) but that in no way excuses putting the Gaytor team on their who lost to friggin Mississippi.

The 2008 Gators title team is on there and they lost to Ole Miss......at home.

If you are going to pick a college football team and it is not the 2001 Miami Hurricanes, then it at least it should be the 2005 Texas Longhorns. They rolled everybody and won in the greatest college championship game since the 1984 Orange Bowl. If you are going to pick a team with 1-loss that won the national title, then I can think of a few Alabama teams that were better than the 2008 Florida team. The SEC wasn't even that good in 2008. Alabama got absolutely drilled by Utah in the Sugar Bowl.

There's no doubt that they were the most talented team and probably the best college team ever but the fact is they didn't dominate every opponent. Just a majority of them.
No one dominates every opponent. Ever...

This is contrarian bull****, similar to placing Manning over Brady. They are overthinking and over analyzing data. The 2001 Canes would pour it on the 2008 Gator.

probably the worst list I've ever seen in my **** life in anything

04 pats over the almost undefeated pats?

***'s over the canes?

can't believe there's not more bama, bama needs to step up their salary or start chopping heads

dtp, stop. there is ZERO argument you can make supporting a team that lost one game compared to a team that had a couple close games and won ALL their games and had one of the most talented teams ever. stop, you're only looking stupid...

Not only put the 08 turds on with a home loss above scores of undefeated teams, as if that’s not enough to disqualify them, their starting tight end was a convicted serial killer that was so ghey he had a chronically collapsed ******.
