Mario will have us in the cfb playoffs in 2-3 years
3-5 for 4 team format.

Anything left of that schedule is gravy and right is disappointment.

They go 12 next year, then yes 3-ish years could be realistic, within 5 or total failure of Big Manny's program.

Mario will get Miami back as he has a blueprint and is going to recruit like a beast to have a stacked and talented program depth-wise, with kids who are all about hard work, effort and doing things a certain way.

I don't know if that's 2-3 years like others are predicting, but he is the architect who do his best Butch Davis to stack the two-deep with quality athletes and kids.

Like Davis, the gameday efforts might leave something to be desired at times, so here's hoping he can address those flaws by way of coordinators who are gameday guys and will put these kids in the best position to win.

In due time this fan base will look back at this 2022 season and realize how bad the talent issue was this year (a sub-par roster decimated by injuries, as well) and once there is the right locker room culture, only then will they see how fractured and frayed this current team's culture really was.

Until then, we pray for a miracle against Clemson, we hope Miami pulls together against Pitt on Senior Day and that this team gets a month of bowl practice (for Brown and the younger kids), that the exodus of players is fast and swift and that the portal serves are the short-term roster fix for 2023, while closing strong on the recruiting trail and bringing in another wave of right-fit kids.
