Miami went to Raleigh with three Quad 1 wins. Thanks to the victory over NC State and some help from Malik Reneau, they’ll leave town with four.

Miami’s 77-76 win over NC State counts as a Quad 1 since it took place on the Wolfpack’s court. NC State came in 3-5 in Quad 1, while Miami, technically a Quad 2 team on the road, just improved their resume. The loss hurts NC State and moves the Hurricanes back up to fourth in the conference, ahead of the Wolfpack after last week’s standings were...

Tough 6 game stretch with 2 tournament teams, 2 teams in the bubble mix, FSU which is an L until proven otherwise (1-15) and BC who is bad but gave us a decent game earlier this year.

These net rankings are ***, we’re still ranked BELOW 14-11 auburn .
Auburn is a weird outlier. Their schedule is keeping them up there. They will make the NCAA Tournament as long as they don't completely flame out down the stretch. We've seen these outlier teams before, teams that have mediocre(at best) records, but the fact that they've played a ton of good teams makes them look better than they are. If you are a decent team and you have an opportunity to play a ton of other good/elite teams, all it takes is a couple of wins for you to get credit, when in reality, you are losing most of those marquee games.

Auburn sucks. I watched Michigan blow them out and nepo baby head coach Stephen Pearl by 30. And the best part was that his ‘never won anything in my life” dad had to provide commentary during the loss. It was beautiful.

Nepotism comes in many forms, but resigning right before the beginning of a season so your son can get the head coaching job and become a millionaire is pretty bad even for a worthless human being like Bruce Pearl. Alabama deserves him as a senator.
