Yea im just not seeing what y’all are seeing.

Very emotional in here and it’s disturbing when it’s majority men. Messages from someone dying are happier and more uplifting than this. Guys were literally tweeting recruits all night telling them not to come here. Practice of self destruction is all so common these days (ironic right Mario).

What I saw was a team the clearly outplayed the other. Our guys played a tough game against a good pass D w/ ****** weather (again) and should’ve won the game.

Mario/Dawson but I can’t leave out Don/TVD/TC/Kam lost it on crucial blunders at the exact time. 99.9% chance those series of events don’t happen. It’s once in a football lifetime.

So the reality is our team was good enough to win. We haven’t fielded a team this good in a lonnnnnnnng time. Still good enough to beat anyone on the schedule.

This team isn’t going 7-5. I also never believed this team was going undefeated.

GT is probably better than you believed. A 4 game sample size never will tell the story of a team for a season. They can be 9-3 or 3-9 we don’t know. Our Canes can still go 11-1 or 4-8.

Some people (w a ******) like to predict the future and get emotional off of what they BELIEVE is going to happen and pretend it’s an absolute. Get your testosterone checked for real.

We beat UNC and everyone who is off the bandwagon this week will be leading the charge the next. If you know football you can see what’s going on. We’re pretty **** good.

Y’all know nobody is getting fired either y’all are just being emo. Some of you had secret national championship dreams this year I know.

We live in a feminized society where men now act as emotional as women. I get being upset but some of this **** is crazy. I could show you a pm I received as an example.

THANK YOU! They are SOFT projecting how weak and fragile they are onto the team. They quit so the team will as well.

Man that **** right there is the absolute truth. Mother****ers looking for every flaw while claiming to root for the team. Then as soon as something bad happens, they don't just bail, they turn on the team & self sabotage.

Friend...love the enthusiasm here...you lay out a potential future for this season.

A probable future for this season is 5 more losses.

The near-term qualitative and quantitative damage from last night to Miami's momentum is real. Also, it laid bare the demonstrable ACC officiating bias against the Canes. To be honest, it's so blatant, Miami can't be expected to win a close contest due to referees gifting the opponents points.

Screaming at officials is always a "conspiracy" until Tim Donaghy said "hold my beer". I truly believe our Canes are facing something in that realm.

Emotionally prepare yourself.

I've said time and time again.. most here aren't fans of a particular team but fans of message boards in general and all the crap they can spew being part of it....

I mean what are you doing this for if not to have hope? Based off a good bit of history, you'll likely be letdown. But I'm not a ********* so if I'm gonna follow this team every year & engage & invest emotionally, then I can only do it if I believe or hope we can win. And if/when they do fall short, I just focus on other interests & come back next year.
