2028 Xevien Brinson 4* TE from Stone Mountain, GA (Stephenson HS)

On June 12, @Memnon recommended that we aggressively recruit Xévien very early in the cycle. Fortunately, the coaches have in fact prioritized him by contacting him the moment 2028 recruits could be contacted (June 15) and setting him up with Mario in a priority recruit group chat.

Xevien Brinson is a kid we need to turn the dial up on early, in order to get out ahead of the TE recruiting battle for next class.

*** New Miami tight ends coach Mike Viti is starting to set the 2028 tight end board, and it’s clear Top 100 Stone Mountain (Ga.) Stephenson prospect Xevien Brinson is starting to emerge as a top target. Viti visited Brinson shortly after he was hired and has been in constant contact this summer. The next step for Brinson is making his way to Miami for his first visit, which he hopes will take place this fall. Even without having visited...

Told me he may cancel a South Carolina visit to return again next weekend. He loves Miami. LSU, Nebraska, Oregon, and others, but Miami really likes him and seems to have made a strong move this weekend. Great looking TE prospect. https://247sports.com/player/xevien-brinson-46153263/

This kid’s measureables blend in at the NBA Combine. Good Lord. Dude is a vicious blocker too. The fact that he has a chance to break the 11 second 100m barrier this spring is disturbing so we better get him lol.

Sometimes ESPN gets it right because he seems like the only prospect that could rightly challenge McNeal as the #1 TE in the country. Not mad at it.

TE#1 FOR ME

Him and Peter Pierre would be a crazy haul..but we'll see how it plays out but we definitely need more athleticism at the position.

I'd like Tytan McNeal, Xevien Brinson and Peter Pierre in the class. IDK if that's realistic, but that's what I'd like to see (even crazier haul than what @gogeta4 wished for).

Of course, while I'm dreaming, I still need Jaxon Dollar in the current class.
