Richt doesn't come prepared to exploit opposing defenses....he tries to run his slow developing plays regardless..no motion to offset the D....doesn't know how to adjust fast enough....poor clock management....etc...please no more talk about not using pre-snap motion UVA killed us with it....richt $#itty O is 20 years outdated....he needs to hire a OC ASAP!

Exactly.....Miami needs a OC who understands its 2018 where up-tempo and motion offenses offset defenses....Richt hasnt adjusted to this era....he gotta get a good OC or go....
