WR Recruiting Question?

Is it because we are going to a more conventional Pro System why the staff seems to be focusing on bigger WR or do they want a balance of speed (DeeJay Dallas), power (K. Dingle) and big guys? None of our current WR commits can be characterized as speedy including Scott ( but not slow). Njoku may commit, he's not slow and can easily be 6'4" 220 after training. With Jeudy going to Klanland along with the kid visiting for Paradise Camp Devonta Smith, that does't leave us with many speed options this year. I trust this staff, but we SoFL, land of speed. Your thoughts please....

There's just not that many sub 4.45 guys out there regionally and especially in florida this year. If a guy is sound in his technique and runs a 4.55 he can create as much if not more separation than a 4.4 guy. You look at Devonta Smith, ya he's a 4.4 guy now but he's 5'10 160lbs. Is he going to running a 4.4 at 180lbs? That's a 12.5% gain in weight.

If we end up with Dingle, Scott, Njoku, Derrick Smith, & Deejay, I would 100% be okay with that for a WR haul.
As long as they run crisp routes & have good hands, I'm not overly concerned if we don't have some 4.29-4.35 speedsters.
And furthermore, I would be more than happy with that WR haul because they are the kids who really believe in our staff & are not just blowing smoke about their interest in Miami.
Are they the elite 4/5-star "superstar" recruits, absolutely not. But, I want kids who actually want to be here & who are committed to helping rebuild our program.
