Huge disappointment. I don’t hate the kid by any means, just unrealized talent and potential.

That said college football is. Ow 100% about business. I don’t know the numbers but the kid was a 5 star WR from SFL at a time when we never got the top WRs from SFL. You have to believe Miami broke him off some legit money. May or may not have renegotiated before year 2.

What I’m certain of is that the return on investment is not there. Do you gamble on a kid with potential but some maturity issues and pretty much k no o no proven production or do you use that money on Barkate? Pretty easy choice.

It’s just business.

Spent more time working on one handed catches than game-like catches. The one handed catches look great in warm ups but that's not how the game game is played down in down out
