At this point given our Roster, I'd go for Hurst as top WR option over Pena I think, then try to land Marrion from BYU who can also be our returner as well. Those 2 with Carr is an Okay Spring Portal WR. Nobody really worth much has entered though tbh.
Going forward if we ever need portal WR staff can NOT miss in Winter. DB seems like there are always some solid options in Spring. But QB, WR, DL, OL all gotta be Winter, period.

Hurst seems like the best option at WR. It's a big step up in competition but what you can't teach is speed.
