WQAM interview with BAMA beat Writer Talking Enos hire by Miami

That alabama reporter sounds so sad in that interview. He knows things are going down the toilet over there.

Yea until ole Nicky signs another class full of studs and hires 4-5 top rate coaches and brings back the sunshine over KKK Land.

None of you rep ***** want to make any cliff notes?
- surprised on the move considering Bamas wealth of talent, made a big impression in his one season there
- Work with tua was impressive, but the work with Jalen was even more impressive. ( much more accurate passer, threw receivers open, fit the ball in tighter windows, much improved.)
- When asked about the reports of Bama/Georgia interest. Interest was legitimate. Indicated the decision fell on Enos and a change of scenery combined with the intrigue of working with a young up and coming coach like Manny may have led to this decision.
- A big part in Alabamas offensive success this last season

Last part talks about Saban's desire to keep an aggressive philosophy on the offensive side of the ball, and emphasis on qb development as a result.

Also....after Arky, Enos was hired last year by Michigan to be an assistant coach before Saban pilfered him away.

Hurts beat Georgia by himself when he came in dumb ***
I’m white and going to say this . The year he got benched he never had a qb coach’. The next year he looked twice as good when he got one . Tai and others have qb coaches all their lives for the most part and he still can’t a d

So a Miami fan that only watches Miami is an idiot. You sound like a CFB ****. People in glass houses should not throw stones....
Agree with your point, but the dude’s a troll. Don’t get take. By him.

Best part about the interview was the beginning where he was lost for words and absolutely surprised Enos left Alabama for Miami. Priceless.
The thing I took away from the interview was “Saban can be difficult to work for...” The only way for Enos to grow, was to move on. I think MD’s intent to give Enos some degree of autonomy was hard to pass.

After hearing this, hearing Bama fans shocked and disappointed at him leaving, and other people saying losing Enos was HUGE loss for Bama (Finnebaum)..I cannot see how any UM fan doesn't like this hire. I'm all in. This Enos guy sounds like the real deal.

I've strongly suspected that about Saban. Top people are often very demanding, have very high standards.

In turn, Saban hated every minute he worked for Belichick at Cleveland.

During the game I saw Dabo telling off an assistant. I could just about read his lips yelling "Go do your job."The guy turned and walked away.

Anybody else notice that?

Top people are often very difficult bosses.

So true. If Saban wasn’t such a prick publicly, he would be such a great coach to follow, like, and be respected openly. I know, he would be the first one to to tell you, he’s not in a popularity contest. He’s definitely a quirky, eccentric personality, but a perfectionist equally. Belichick just likes being a dyck. It feeds his sob narcissistic self view. There is absolutely no reason to treat reporters the way he does.

I did watch Dabo tell off an assistant. Shows you a person in control of his ship. I did not like Dabo in his early days, he was too reactive on the sidelines, kind of a drama queen. But he’s tempered it with enough maturity and success, that you get him.
