I was on the KThomas train until I saw him in person and he was 6'1 230! I was fooled into thinking he was this 6'2 265ish wrecking machine. He is just too small for DT and not athletic enough for DE. Would I love to have him? Yes..but not crying over this loss.

It's amazing isn't it? I mean, there's no other possible reason for a kid leaving town than that we LET him.

Maybe its cause they remember players like Marcus Robinson from homestead that had a zillion sacks in high school then looked like a midget at Miami. Like Mike Smith does now at UM. Tiny DEs don't do much in college. For every Von Miller type, you can probably point to 20 that didn't make it. Its a bit different going up against guys the size of Ereck Flowers than against a kid named Jose from homestead high that weighs 245 as on OL.

For one we have a handful of kids who have the exact same game as him. Two & far more important it's been said numerous times he has serious issues with his grades & transcripts. Sec other than Vanderbilt has the scholastic standards of your local boys & girls club. Relax troll
