No idea of "who" will fill the role, but I don't think they will "investigate" NIL deals. I believe they have to give approval. The difference is (I believe) that NIL deals will need to be approved in advance, rather than an "enforcement" division chasing down contracts and parties to the contract well after the fact.

That also means that any UNAPPROVED deals will be considered to be violations of the rules.

Yeah I'd say we're probably trying to go all in on Samari Mathews, and wont be getting Kennon or Davon Benjamin. Kennon prob to UF, and Benjamin to USC or Oregon. Though he's only OVed to Michigan and Texas and doesn't have any others setup yet I don't think...So who knows with him

I know you guys have mentioned Oregon and a bag, but the WR room over there has to be less appealing with Dakorien Moore and another year of Evan Stewart than here. Also a South Florida guy in the Pacific Northwest? The only one I’ve seen that work out for is Dorlus.

I hope it works out and Russell picks Miami. But there are some factors working against us right now.
