Would you...

Imagine the DBs we would pull with Meyer as the HC. We would be the undisputed DB U. Even Rumph wouldn't be able to repel the elite DBs away from the U with Meyer here.

Yes I would take the second best coach in CFB. Urban is a beast and already knows how to recruit Florida.

is this even a question? My only concern is his health. First his heart, now headaches, what's next? He would lock down S. FLA recruiting, but we don't have the monies, UF, OSU have for recruiting and for hiring his size of staff.

It would lead to us getting the death penalty but idc absolutely YES!

Hes a grade A POS and horrible human being but there are only really 3 elite coaches at most and getting one of them in coral gables wouldnt hurt

How would we get the death penalty with Urban? He's never had an issue with sanctions at any of his stops.

You can question him as a human being. But the NCAA doesn't care what type of person you are.

Yes and I would take the 5+ years of probation and bowl bans that would come with it after we win multiple natty's and urban leaves

I'll only spit facts:

At florida, he let a murderer run around campus doing whatever he pleased because he was uncoverable. He let another player smoke weed and hid his failed drug tests.

At OSU, he completely mishandled a situation that he appeared to be fully aware of (which we cant prove because he deleted text messages before handing his university phone over to investigators). And then refused to initially acknowledge the person who is the actual victim in that situation.

The NCAA would care if those things happened in coral gables

NCAA doesn't care about those situations. If they did, they would've come down on Baylor.

NCAA cares about money exchanges and benefits. That's it. Look at Miami and USC.

So no, you're not really spitting facts.

I guess you hate winning national titles huh.

Lets go for it all then.

Make Urban Meyer the HC, Steve Spurrier the OC, and Will Muschamp the DC.

I mean, ****; if we are going to become scumbag U, go all out and have no pride and no balls.

Yeah, just what the program needs, a guy that shelters a wife-beater, and one of the foulest combinations of a hypocrite/coward I've ever seen.

I'm good, lol. I can always go hunting/fishing/drag race/exercise as my new hobby. If you guys want Urban Liar; fine. But there is no way in **** I'd watch the team if he was the HC.

Same goes for Jim Tressel. He won a national championship too. :/

I'll mark you down as no.

The NCAA cares it just cares less about certain schools. If we ran out program the way meyer ran UF we'd be on probation. There are still, to this very day, stories coming out about aaron Hernandez's antics at UF. If you think the NCAA let's us slide like that then cool.. go canes!

Please provide proof of this. The NCAA is definitely biased against certain schools - Miami one of them. However, as it relates to how schools conduct themselves in a certain manner, the NCAA doesn't have jurisdiction. You can have players running while like Meyer did at Florida, but the NCAA doesn't care about that.

Once you violate NCAA bylaws in terms of pay for play, benefits with boosters involved, etc.. that's when the NCAA gets involved.

Again, in a hypothetical world where Meyer came to Miami, we would not have issues with the NCAA if our players were constantly getting arrested. It only becomes an issue if players are caught with impermissible benefits. If legal issues were a thing, than why did the NCAA not going after Baylor? Baylor's not an SEC school and isn't an exactly a cash cow for college football.
