Would Miami even try to get Les Miles?

If Les Miles if fired, which is more than likely, do you guys think Miami would even attempt a run at him?

OP, Miles is about to get paid 15 mil for getting canned. Do you see him coaching anywhere when he is getting that money?

The real question with all these big "name" guys is not if we'll try but if we'll try in earnest. Any Clown College can make an inquiry or even offer $3 mil per year.

Miles makes $5M/year to field a team on the decline that plays offense like it's 1979. On top of that, he pays a completely incompetent OC over $1M/year.

So not only is he making more than he's worth and more than we are likely willing to pay a guy who gets his results, but he's used to handing out giant contracts to assistants. I wonder how much he's paying his DL coach Orgeron. Probably more than either of our coordinators.

He's had a good run, but he's used to more than he'd have here, and his offenses are hideous.

1. Les is about to get a 15 mil payout. Would u coach here if u were him and give that up?

2. His offense is archaic. He had ODB Jarvis Landry Reuben randle Jeremy hill Alfred blue. And he ran the most boring bland thick headed vanilla offense.

I love les. His record speaks for itself. I think he's a good coach but he's not the right guy right now for this job

Have the guys enthralled with Miles watched his team play the last few years? He's taken some incredible talent and squandered it especially on the offensive side of the ball.

Why do you think a guy who's getting his *** kicked by some average SEC teams with better players and better access to players than the teams kicking his *** would be the answer down here? He's got everything a HC could ask for at LSU and he's not performing. Why are people excited by him?
