so chud is a good play caller , but he does not really care for the song and dance of recruiting , and mario is a good recruiter and horribly under qualified to be a power 5 head coach .

If mario comes in as the offensive coordinator by name how jimbo use to have james coley and keeps him on for recruiting purposes and let's chud call the plays?
Seems like they mask their mistakes .

This prost is fully deserving of the POTATOE tag. Too bad that CIS is currently in full monopolistic control of the world's potato supply.

Identical situation, nailed it. Jimbob hates recruiting too.

Hire a band-aid to to cover up a band-aid to cover up a band-aid?

This is your great idea?

Why not hire someone who is qualified and competent for the position? Why would you intentionally hire guys to cover each others inadequacies?

Just a thought.

I'm worried about the OP. Pretty sure he suffered some sort of stroke before this post was submitted. Kudos for not quitting despite that overwhelming taste of burned toast in your mouth and some serious loss of motor skills.

No. Nobody wants Mario no matter what caveats are added to the hire.

Chud would definitely turn down the number of OC opportunities in the NFL he will likely have to come coach for spare change at Miami under a guy that FIU fired. Totally.

OP should be peeled, boiled, and mashed with butter and cream.
