Venables has been considered a Top 5 DC for the last 5+ years. Numerous teams have tried to hire him, if Mario says no and it's Venables or Manny I could totally get behind a Venables hire

he's learned from some of the best and could be great

i don’t see Venables as someone who wants to live in Miami.

Can we all agree that the Miami vibe ain’t for everyone. I could be wrong but I could see Venables in Norman before seeing him on south beach.
