Would any D1 school take Golden?

Two took Frank Haith after us. Including one that actually cares about basketball like Missouri. Believe

Hopefully one of the B10 disasters

Michigan - Illionois - Maybe Rutgers if they **** can FLood

But lets Face it.... Unless he pursues a job to a Power 5 Conference School in the B10 or ACC... Golden its gonna have to be Fired in order to move Him.

I'm thinking more along the lines of a Lehigh or a Bucknell. Maybe a Villanova.

I doubt it. Had he won out, there was a possibility, but he crashed and burned by being blown out by UVA.

He's making more than Rich Rodriguez at Arizona and Mark Stoops at Kentucky. He may not exceed 6 wins this season. Realistically why would any team try to poach him? We're stuck with him until the administration finally sees the light.

Exactly......Sacred Heart, William & Mary, Duquesne, Robert Morris and The Citadel.

Slippery Rock might take a look. Joe Walton actually corched at Robert Morris. Al could bill himself as the second coming.

Phucking Slippery Rock. LOL

Maybe Folden could coach that team with that Phucking Beast for a LB.

As long as he goes to a school with tempered expectations(ie UConn, Rutgers, Illinois, Syracuse, etc), I still think he gets a job at one of those schools. He has that "All-American" J.Crew haircut and blues thing going for him, and he's from the NE with many ties up there so recruiting up there wouldn't be difficult. In that environment he could be comfortable. Most of his interactions would be with folks of similar backgrounds, communities, and values. He could do what he wants on the timetable he wants without the pressure of a MUST WIN season EVERY year.
